What? Movie isn’t streaming? Can’t rent the DVD? Well luckily, thanks to Disney Family Movies on Xfinity, the movie was available to watch on demand. Sweet!

Although this movie was not one of the greatest, it really wasn’t bad either. The acting was good, the movie didn’t drag and you felt for the characters and their situation. I even cried at the ending. Yes, that’s right. I cried. There are cute ponies in the it and in the end…well, I don’t want to give it away, but I cried!  We both actually liked this movie more than we ever would’ve guessed. Impersonating the accents, a must do activity when watching movies with accents, being a major surprise highlight (see scene when boys discover the giiirl up the tree). Overall, the story could be a bit boring for some and it’s not a movie that I would feel the need to say, “Let’s watch it!”, but better than expected and glad to have seen it this one time.
