HONEY, I SHRUNK THE KIDS (1989)

I think all kids will like this movie. When I was a kid, I loved to imagine what it would be like if I was shrunken down like they were. How would my backyard look? I loved seeing the world from that view and the adventure these kids had. The movie is fun and definitely one to check out and pass along to the next generation.

THE PRINCE AND THE PAUPER (1962)

Oh wow, this movie. We did not like it at all. Normally when you have a “switch places” story there is a brief time when they are actually enjoying the new lifestyle they now find themselves. But right away each kid was scared and didn’t like where they were. Then as the story went on it just seemed to get weirder and we weren’t sure what was happening. It was boring and we didn’t care about any of the characters. But oh well, check, watched, done.

GROWING UP WILD (2016)

If you have seen the previous Disney Nature films, then this movie will seem very familiar. They seem to have taken some extra footage from other nature films they have done to make a separate story about baby animals learning to survive. While the movie is interesting and not bad to watch, I think if you have seen the other ones then you don’t really need to see this one. You wouldn’t be missing too much but it does have baby animals that are just always adorable. So you decide.
