I realize the primary target for this movie are teens and under, so I really shouldn’t nitpick on the things that just don’t make any sense in this movie, like that fact that the evil dictator that invades Demi Lovato’s character’s country would be the one to fly to the United States to kidnap her. He just invaded and took over a country. Does he not have people he can send? I don’t think one would risk leaving the country he just took control over…but that is just us.
The movie itself was predictable and pretty cliche, but Demi and Selena made it bearable.
