In preparation for Finding Dory, it was time for us to watch it’s prequel, Finding Nemo. This movie is so beautiful, funny and creative, as all Pixar films are. Also, like Pixar films, it has some heartbreaking scenes. Oh Nemo’s mom, why? Why didn’t you go back in the anemone?? WHY??? Melissa brought up a good question: Would that fish have known the eggs where down there if the Mom hadn’t led him there? It’s a sad question to ponder and wonder if she had gone in and hid, would that fish just passed them by? But she did what any Mom would do and was trying to protect her kids. On a happier note, the film has great humor and fun characters throughout, like Dory, who gave us a valuable life lesson to just keep swimming.
